1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Brader ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Brader. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We may verify your age and reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person is permitted
• Magic link logins provide secure, password-free access to your account
• You may connect third-party accounts (Google, Telegram, Discord) for easier sign-in and account linking
• Connecting a third-party account shares limited data (user ID and username) with Brader as described in our Privacy Policy
• You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time from your profile settings
• You can control which social links (Twitter/X, Telegram, Instagram, Discord) are visible on your public profile

4. Profile & Username

• You may claim a unique @username for your profile
• Usernames must be 3-20 characters, alphanumeric with underscores allowed
• Impersonating others through usernames is prohibited
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our policies
• Required profile fields (display name, bio, age, location) must be completed
• Profile photos are subject to automated moderation

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
• Share explicit content without appropriate consent
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Solicit money, engage in scams, or commercial solicitation
• Spam or send unsolicited messages, including misuse of Taps
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Circumvent blocks, bans, or rate limits
• Share drug-related content or promote illegal substances
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Guidelines

All content you post must comply with our guidelines:

• Profile photos must be of yourself (no group photos as primary)
• Adult content is permitted but must not violate laws
• No content depicting drug use, paraphernalia, or promoting illegal substances
• No content depicting minors in any context
• No violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• No content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Disappearing photos are subject to the same guidelines

We use AI-powered moderation to review content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

7. Features & Interactions

7.1 Location Services

Brader is a location-based service. Your approximate location is shared with other users when enabled. You can control visibility through profile settings.

7.2 Messaging, Taps & Voice Notes

Direct messages, voice notes, disappearing photos, and Taps are features for user interaction. Voice notes are stored securely and subject to the same content policies as text messages. The floating messenger widget provides quick access to Global, Local, and Random chat tabs from any page. Misuse including harassment, spam, or unsolicited explicit content is prohibited.

7.3 Random Chat

Random Chat pairs you with another user for a one-on-one conversation. You can access Random Chat from the Social tab or the floating messenger widget. Pairing prioritises users who are geographically nearby. The same conduct rules that apply to direct messages apply to Random Chat conversations. Skipping or ending a chat is always allowed.

7.4 Right Now Mode

The "Right Now" feature indicates immediate availability. This feature is time-limited and automatically expires. Misuse to deceive other users is prohibited.

7.5 Social Feed, Stories & Moments

The Social tab includes stories (24-hour posts), moments (photo/text posts), and daily icebreaker questions. All content posted to the social feed is visible to other users and subject to the same content guidelines. Stories automatically expire after 24 hours. The story camera feature requires access to your device camera — you will be prompted for permission on first use. Photos captured through the camera are uploaded and moderated the same way as gallery uploads.

7.6 Anonymous Q&A

Users may ask anonymous questions on profiles. While questions can be submitted anonymously, abusive or harassing questions are prohibited and may result in account action. Profile owners can choose which questions to answer publicly.

7.7 Reviews & Ratings

Users may leave reviews for others. Reviews must be honest and not defamatory. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or harassment through reviews is prohibited.

7.8 Travel Mode

Travel mode allows you to explore users in other locations before you arrive. Your profile will be shown to users in the selected travel location. Misuse of travel mode to deceive or mislead others is prohibited.

7.9 Live Streaming

Brader provides live streaming features allowing users to broadcast real-time video, including co-streaming with invited guests. By using live streaming, you agree to:

• Not broadcast illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content
• Respect other users — streamers can kick or ban viewers who violate community guidelines
• Not record or redistribute live streams without the streamer's consent
• Accept that live streams are ephemeral and not stored permanently
• Accept that co-streaming guests share your broadcast space and their video/audio is visible to all viewers
• Accept that stream interactions (likes, hearts, chat) are visible to all participants in real time
• Use privacy settings (Public, Mates Only, Invite Only) responsibly
• Not use live streaming for harassment, hate speech, or threats

Streamers have moderation tools including the ability to mute, kick, or ban viewers from their stream. Kicked users may rejoin; banned users are blocked for the duration of the stream.

7.10 Cam2Cam (Random Video Chat)

Brader offers Cam2Cam, a random one-on-one video chat feature. Both logged-in members and guests can use Cam2Cam. By using Cam2Cam, you agree to:

• Not broadcast or display illegal, harmful, or sexually exploitative content involving minors
• Not record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's video or audio without their consent
• Accept that you will be paired with random users and may encounter content you find objectionable. Use the Skip/Next button to move on
• Accept that your live camera and microphone feed is transmitted in real time to your matched partner only
• Accept that video and audio streams are relayed in real time and are not recorded or stored by Brader
• Accept that session metadata (start time, end time, duration) may be retained for safety and moderation
• Not use Cam2Cam for harassment, threats, hate speech, or any form of abuse
• Be at least 18 years old to use Cam2Cam

Brader reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate these rules. You may report inappropriate behavior during or after a Cam2Cam session.

7.11 Verification

Verified status indicates identity confirmation through photo verification. Misrepresenting verification status or attempting to fraudulently obtain verification is prohibited.

8. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Certain features have daily limits to ensure fair use and prevent spam. These include Taps, messages to new users, and other interactions. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in account suspension.

9. Safety & Reporting

We provide tools to block and report users. You can block any user at any time. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. While we strive to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting others in person. We recommend meeting in public places and informing someone of your plans.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including location data, activity logs, and communications.

11. Notifications

By using Brader, you consent to receive push notifications and emails about matches, messages, Taps, and other activity. You can manage notification preferences in your settings. Certain account-related communications cannot be disabled.

12. Termination & Bans

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violations of user conduct or content guidelines
• Multiple valid reports from other users
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Any activity that harms the community or Service

Banned users may submit an appeal. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any interactions between users or any damages resulting from use of the Service. User-generated content does not reflect our views.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, including from user interactions or reliance on information obtained through the Service.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
